The method used by Phase is very simple but also very structured and effective.
Step1: An analysis of the customer’s marketplace in the Gulf countries is developed. The customer’s competitive capacity is analyzed and various middle-market entry strategies are identified, biased by the company’s investment appetite in the process of internationalization.
Step2: Based on the revenue strategy, identified by the client company, a detailed business case is developed to assess the profitability and sustainability of opening up to the Middle East markets.
Step3: The client company is followed in the implementation of the onsite strategic plan, through a continuous reporting process to management or company owners, and close consultation with local management.
